it has been around four years since the vampires have come out of the clos
et, and tensions are higher than ever, especially in new orleans. some huma
ns shun them as abominations, yet some worship the ground on which they
walk. however, there are some vampires who wish to break out of the stereot
ype of drinking human blood, and now they can - with TRUBLOOD. It is the v
ery first brand of synthetic blood on the market, with many more brands in pr
oduction. yet the vampires weren't the only thing that hid in the dark closet.
humans with unique abilities walk among the normal, everyday humans, hidin
g in broad daylight, afraid of being shunned for their extraordinary abilities. s
ome of these humans believe that they have been gifted, others are in the mi
ndset of it being a curse. it was something they were born with, and it will nev
er go away.
